i thanks god that i choose medical life to accompany my golden year of whole life , esp doing in MOSCOW.

somtime i might complain that why we gotta learn russian, plus medical term in russian? what is that.

but, thanks god that i have bonus for learning one more language that others dont have.

sometime i did complain that i dont have my party life back in KL with all my bitches. well, think back about it. it just a temporary happiness and yes you may miss alot of chance , you may miss the relationship with your closest friends, you may miss the chance to catch up with friends, you may miss all the gatherings.

but i tell you today, if you and your bestie lost contact just because of this so called long distance relationship.YOUBOTHFAIL!:D

hello beautifuls.
i am kinda sad that 2011 is officially end now. and i am one year older from now.
no more forever 21. but lucikly i am december baby. i just turned into 21, so am i still consider 21? hehe.
well, i have to say that there's lots of ups and downs happen throughout this year.
the biggest obstacles, the bigges problems, the biggest scareness, the biggest threaten but then there's the biggest joy, biggest happiness, biggest birthday celebration, biggest party, biggest laugh, biggest cares, biggest love happen too.
so yeah, everything happen for a reason. god gave you the best but he will give u the worst too.
because he wants you to get hurt , falling down, so that he can mold and shapen you to become a stronger problem to face the obstacle that going to strike you down anytime.
i am happy although there're so many many freaking problem happen this year.
i have to say that we cant change what people thinking. what we can do is do our best. if you think what you do is right, go ahead.
and dont be in a crowd, we dont need so many accompanions, only alone you will face the real problem, you will stand up yourself. you will encounter god and u found out who is so real to you , at the same time who is so fake to you too;)

okay. readers, u guys might be guessing what's chacaron right? DONT GUESS. just go to youtube and find it. some of you might find it interesting , some of you might not. somehow, i found it interesting because of this chacaron brings all of us tgtr! so we called ourselves as CHACARON GIRLS!. so manage to know what's chacaron now readers?:)

okay. i have to admit my chacaron girls has the acting talent, no doubting. yesh, they have. even my sis! i got cheated by her dont know how many times ady!.

that day was my exact date of birthday, and it was my last birthday celebration for my 21st .so far, i got this celebration suprisingly. i never expect they will just hide in my room and suprise me. told yea, they have a good acting skill.;D they told me there's a meeting at 5th floor. and i went tho. almost everyone was late. and at the end the owner of the room said we cant use the room. and our leader yunn asked me whether can use mine. okay. i have to call my sis for the approval also since she's sleeping so i was quite nervous while calling her. and as usual, she 's a bit emo and in a angry mode but she said yes at the end too.
so i told yunn i go up to my room to clean up my room first since my room was in a mess. and yunn tried so hard to stop me from that. i felt abit weird tho. but i dont really think that much. all i want just go up my room and CLEAN THE MESS!
sis said give her 5 mins to dress up herself first.so i agreed. and while she opened the door, i found everything is just normal. BUT when i just step into my room, there's a birthday song. and i saw all these cute chacaron faces shouting in joy! i was like OMG i GOT CHEATED AGAINNNNNN! *SIGH*

It's december! and it's christmas month!

i still remember when i was a kid, parents told us to put a sock beside our bed and the next day santa claus will bring you a present .

well, my sis and i really did it. and we get our present , definately we felt happy and satisfied. i dont exactly remember did i stupid enough to believe that santa claus really exist or should i say innocent? or maybe i just act blur just to get the present;P

as time goes, as we become older, mature. we know that it just a myth.

too sad to say that santa claus never exists. he cant fullfill what you want . but god does. just pray pray and pray!;)

there's a youth conference in moscow few days ago, and there's a pastor who come from singapore. He gave the exactly msg that i am dying for. He share about dreams and trusting people.
yeah. i should get a dream, in fact i dont have any dream since i was young??

what's life? life is not about doing something useless and waste your time. spend your time wisely. do what you should do. for now, i just wanna focus on my studies. friends are more than enough for me. relationship is just depend on GOD. if HE let me to meet a right man, why not? but if not, i rather not into a relationship. because being into a wrong relationship lead to ZERO CONSEQUENCE. so yeah, why not i just focus on the things that bring me into a stronger person?? BEING WITH THE WRONG MAN JUST LIKE DRINKING POISON DRUGS AND DIE WITHOUT YOU RELIASE and yeah, life is not about EMOing and thinking back about past. we have so many things to do in our life. LIVE YOUR LIFE TO THE MAX! the best is yet to come.:) plus now staying with my sista.i just feel warm everytime i back home. my lil second home in moscow.. i truely believe i will miss this place so much. and when the time i graduate, i cant turn back the time .so let's us just make some historitical memories.:) live out from yourselves.

okay. i know it's a bit crazy that my whole family members wear this together.;) who cares.?

being obese can be extremely dangerous. Obesity increases the risk of illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. it is also a major risk factor for heart attacks and strokes . which are the number one and number three most common causes of death in the united states.

and definately by wearing this so call shape-ups is not enough.

you gotta eat less and exercise more. and this shape-ups just another bonus for you to lose weight.:)

and not only lose weight, but

burn more calories

strengthen the back

firm calf and buttock muscles

tone and firm thigh mucles

improve posture

reduce stress on back and joints

so far i wore it twice. and i always feel proud when i am wearing this. guess what? because i look taller with shape-ups. :P

Russia Mission Trip

IT's MF humanitarian missions.

and we have this humanitarian missions since 3 years ago if i am not mistaken.

We not only doing mission in russia , malaysia but also indonesia, india, china , sri lanka, thailand., cambodia, laos, vietnam, philippines, nepal and bangladesh.:)

and this year i join russia team and malaysia team in bentong.;)
